i picked this hotel because it offered breakfast and traveled with 3 kids
bathroom had mold and mildew on the walls by the door my kids have severe allergies and once we told the lady
doorbell outside of room was bad. kids kept ringing it to annoy us.
kids running in the hallway very late!!
the only minor inconvenience was that the pool door handle was broken but it was only a matter of walking around

i requested the 1st floor because i have two small kids i got put on the second floor and the person below us
couldn't use the fitness area a to many kids playing there and staff said nothing
my kids loved the free cookies and fruit that was offered all day. breakfast was good also.
the kids had the front television and i had the one in the bedroom
i was able to take the kids to the pool and it wasn''t crowded. we were the only ones in there.

but, then i was put beside a room with some kids, that didn t seem to sleep and got up early every day,
is close by & breakfast was great, the ladies at the front desk was very professional & the kids loved the pool

was super friendly and helpful,we needed extra room for kids couple days later and they were super helpful we

area was very very unsafe for family and kids with serveral what seem to be drugs users approaching
therefore wasn t comfortable letting kids go to pool

went for a weekend with the kids, they had soccer tournaments for the whole weekend, and it was very disappointing

have been staying at this location with my kids for a few years now and we don't have any issues
it was good. my kids enjoyed it a lot.
it was nice to come down after all of the kids had eaten to find that there was still fresh food

staff are a bit snappy and the guest complained and threated to call police for my 3 and 10 month kids
the pool was not clean, my kids said it smelled like dirty bath water and the railing was broken as well as a
main reason for our stay here was the kids wanted to swim in the pool

internet shows a giant arcade that's why we picked it for the kids
another room but we did not want to be relocated to the first floor next to a room of young kids
i brought snacks for my kids so if i knew i would have to pay for it i would have left that mess there

could hear kids above me jumping around, running and tumbling on the floor late at night
it's close to everything and it's quiet as well so no loud noises even with ppl who stay and have kids

that time of morning we had to find another place to stay very disappointed and we had our small kids

staff was wonderful, very nice overall experience was great kids loved it there.

they tried to charge my card as soon as i pulled out of there parking lot
spots on the floor, smelled awful, tiny parking lot, no locks on the inside of the door, it was messy and just
price to hight now and it's not all that the parking lot alway full can't park and no where to put your clothes
they have a laundry area but it s also not well kept.

indoor pool was a little crowded and kind of small but that's understandable due to vacations and kids being
room had 13 kids in the pool, and i could not enjoy the pool
rooms are cozy, beds are nice and the breakfast was awesome, the kids love the pool
only thing i noticed is how some people made mess in the dining area and let their kids touch all over the food
of overpriced for what you get, had lot of kids the night we were there

the shower and pet friendliness
front desk clerk wasn't friendly, but i took a look at the room and the pet urine smell nearly sickened me
never had an issue with the wifi
and then has pet friendly but said my cat wasn't allowed due to smell
the room smells and tub wasn't cleaned and said pet friendly but my cat wasn't allowed
