i never quite figured out how to use some of the lights/fan in the kitchen
everything! the design, the clean water we could fill freely, the staff, the pool.
wifi was unreliable and slow
staff refilled the glass bottles of water and always put one in the fridge, location was perfect, pool was lovely
there is a need to maintain the quality of the kitchen, bathroom and stairs.

when we arrived, the pool was full of kids

is a school next door so if you are looking to sleep in you ll have the sound of kids playing in the morning
the bar downstairs is fantastic as well

is close to the beach, kids enjoyed the pool, staff was friendly and the lady in the reception spoke good english

noisy even in our room from the pool area with activities such as karaoke till 10 pm 1 night
when the hotel is busy there aren't enough beach and pool chairs available

it was easy for kids to get out of room
be a quiet time allotted for the pool sitting area as we could hear families using the area with kids yelling

the restaurant was useful and the pool and hot tub were a welcome distraction for kids

the room was a decent size and the interior balcony was quite large; good for meals and for the kids to play
have had had a few more items in the kitchen like coffee filters and paper towel and dish

the pool was disgusting we had to pay for the kids to swim at another pool.
i would just walk the kids from the beach to the beach and back
suggestion: many places have designated time frames to let kids both young and old play in their pools
my kids, 28 and 25, in separate rooms all had a hard time falling asleep and stating asleep

the most beautiful view, pool area, and rooms in sayulita, the whole property is breathtaking

we stayed for four days and many times chose to stay in the hotel and in the pool to relax instead of going
