great entertainment in summer for kids in evening time between music, cinema nights etc in

were beside a family room on second night we were wakened by kids screaming and bouncing on beds from 5
friendly and helpful staff, fab swimming pool, evening entertainment for kids and good food
was everything you needed to keep kids entertained under one roof

liked the pool it was brillant for the kids and i loved the room
family room kids love having a room to themselves
we traveled with young kids and the staff were very accommodating
pool (when not full of families and shrieking kids (school holidays) was warm, clean and good for daily workouts
loads to do around for families the jet centre is 5 minutes away and is brilliant for kids

much not worth the money very uncomfortable beds was woken early with kids in the room next to
everything best hotel for kids and staff fantastic
that said, it would not put me off staying again with the kids
a family we all like to be together or in an adjoining room for the kids sakes when we last stayed there we had
restaurant felt dirty, sticky tables, the restaurant menu didn't offer sausages for my son/kids when we asked

the kids' bathroom had a mouldy smell and we kept the door closed
bars have a great atmosphere however it was 98% kids between 18 (every single person was id'd) and 21 so for
for a 4year old who would only eat cereal & toast a bit pricey should have different pricing for kids
and portable fan was nice touch,,small shower room but good shower,great evening meal and lovely breakfast
we ate in the public bar and our food was excellent

annoyed at the fact that kids where not allowed in main restaurant after a certain time when entrainment was
noise of the blender was terrible my mum can t eat much & being asked to pay 2 subsidy on a kids meal was
also there is no pool for kids or anybody

would highly recommend a stay, we are currently talking about booking a weekend with the kids
something for the kids to do. and a better buffet selection for breakfast.
com as we frequently do but when we got to hotel they said that the kids were down as babies
prime location with the kids and very quiet at night for the baby

a recommendation i would have loved that the kids swimming pool was a bit warmer, my toddler swam but i was
leisure centre staff chatted away & made me a cuppa as i waited for the kids coming out of the pool

the food was also inconsistent the trout was good but the kids fish fingers poor quality
had a lovely stay, dinner and breakfast was delicious
your dog can join you in certain areas of the bar and there is plenty of space outside to bring your dog
great restaurant and bar on premises. friendly and attentive staff.

had free kids face painting which was great for halloween night
reach your floor and you have to stay quite central in the lift which can be a task with small kids

its a bit noisy. i can hear my room chatting and running kids
seams like the streets are for a spot for the homeless in the door ways and would be unsafe for kids but apart
staff were amazing, rooms were spotless & breakfast was a big hit especially with kids
we booked a room with a sofa bed for our kids, but its placement right at the entrance made the layout very
bed was very comfy room was very clean my kids really enjoyed their stay.

honestly i don t think i should have been charged for staying in a freezing cold room with 2 kids
joe behind the bar was amazing with the kids, chatted to them and made them feel so special took their pictures
kids loved the cookies in the room for them and on arrival
glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch as was chocolates and biscuits for kids

fact there was no room service was a bit inconvenient, as this was due to covid i realise it was out of their
