we booked a queen deluxe room for 2 kids & 2 adults

the pool closed at 10 and they kept it open an hour later for the kids to enjoy themselves which i thought was

one of the things i make sure we have when we travel is an inside pool so the kids always get to have the option

we then went to the pool to relax, and enjoy our drinks while the kids played

were kids all over the pool and in the whirlpool

and they even had little snacks for the eclipse viewers (nice touch, kids loved it

the common areas were full screaming kids and herds of children wandering the hallways

plus it was quite even with the event going on and all the kids running around

while getting the room switched out there was a lot of kids running around and noise in the hotel

only thing that i didn t like was the fact that the sports team kids staying there were not supervised by

my kids always request to stay here when traveling bc of pool, breakfast and comfortability

the kids running in the halls at all hours and the repairs in room next to me with hammering

the manager from the atrium restaurant was very rude to me with my wife and kids during happy hour reception

the guy showed up and repaired the door on wednesday and left 3 inch screws in the floor for my kids to find

kids played in rocks and threw them on patio- employee could have easily swept them off

for 2 hours its sounded like kids running back and forth in the room or jumping off the beds

skin kept getting stopped up, turned on the heat and the fire alarm came on which woke up the kids, and i had

due to rain i was stuck in a hotel room with 2 kids who wanted to swim and my whole stay we only got to swim

said free breakfast i didnt know it was only one little meal and they gave me trouble about my kids in my room

my stay was was a getaway-as a mom of 4 kids and a school social worker during one of the toughest school years

i miss the old ones that had a real kitchen and bar

so nice to have a couple free meals for the kids and staff is very friendly and helpful.
