i loved how kids could be kids

clean and great for the kids

kids enjoy the playground and swimming pool

pool, play area for kids, beds were comfy. loved having a balcony to the outside.

she took time to talk to the kids about the menu

noisy with kids running up and down going to the pool

she made the kids feel welcome and even participated in there video making antics

i was very satisfied with my stay and i will be returning lot of stuff for kids to do the room are clean and

hard with kids because both our sons were sleeping and husband got in trouble for bringing back our son a

i went with my spouse, and 2 kids - one 8yrs old, and the other 1yr old

we reported kids running noisy through the halls at 11pm, 12pm midnight 1am and 1:30 before any action was

the older man was swearing at 6 &10 year olds for being too loud and all that was done was the kids were yelled

worked sometimes, no kids stations on the tv, they were out of almost everything for the breakfast and it all

my kids were already sleeping in my car on the way to hotel and as soon as they entered the room they

the convenience of parking by the room and bringing our belongings in from car to room.

the parking area and entering/exiting the hotel parking was layed out a bit strange

gym taxes (other than your regular gst) poor staff no hospitality expensive room rates out dated parking spots

kids swam for 35 min and then we got kicked out because the water test failed

needed more chairs for parents watching kids

lots of parking out back with rear entrance

room and pool are open late; breakfast is convenient and has a decent selection

big plus was that we were able to bring our family pet for a reasonable fee
