unavailable and their was no advertisement letting me no we chose this hotel for this reason the kids were
also, there was no sitting places so that i could keep my eye on the kids
pool and fitness center was not wirkinv and i would not have stayed there if i knew beforehand

the noise was out of control with kids running everywhere, we had to fight to get upstairs with our luggage

there were some large groups of kids staying and the pool was over crowed and very noisy late into the nite

on the contrary, complaint that i waited the extra 6 hours to complain while my kids were eating breakfast
i arrived around midnight with my husband, kids and elderly mother
that would have been nice especially when i have 5 kids to feed

the pool looked like lots of fun, and it was great that they had free pool toys for the kids to use

sounded like kids were jumping and running down the halls until about 11:00
i was given the option to switch rooms but i was unable as my kids were already asleep

and the pool area was great kids swam for 3 days when we got back to the room
departing the hotel the customer brought the dog out and the dog came after myself and my grand kids which
grow men running and jumping in to the pool and there are kids
beds could have been bigger, more cereal choices (from my kids!)
we spent the day at ginnie springs and being able to wash the kids swimming items before we headed home the
