fault of the hotel really but, there were kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors and running away

handicapped parking spots had not been cleaned and there was a big pile of snow to push the walker through,

pool was full of screaming kids so it is not for a quiet romantic getaway as you will not enjoy the hot tub by

were tons of very loud kids everywhere

can be a bit noisy as the kids play in the pool but patio doors did a decent job to reduce the sounds
beds were great, kids loved the pool rooms where clean with lots of towels
having a main floor room that opened onto the pool area was fun for the kids
ground level room was convenient for us, and close to the pool for the kids to play in
