the gal running the upstairs cloud bar was impressive

i advised the receptionist that we had just entered the facility and our children were just being kids and would

noisy, screaming kids in the hallway tell very late, barking and whining dog in the room next to us

elevator didn t work when we checked in. floor was wet from kids who had just come from pool.

water pressure in the shower was very strong for my kids, so i wish the shower head was adjustable

that the breakfast could of been open at least till 10am because while on a family vacation the kids want to

our room door was a struggle to open. it took a bit of effort for my kids.

people were often gathered smoking right outside the hotel which was a major downside for my kids walking in

we didn t take our kids this time but usually we have a pool day

kids were banging on doors and running up the hall, but at least not at night

possibly come up with was quite a few families staying there and unfortunately you could hear kids running down

there were kids running up and down the hallways late at night and early in the morning
