the pool was not in working conditions until saturday and we checked out sunday
very spacious, and the back deck with pool was great. ac cooled the condo very well.

m a non- golfer and would have liked more options for hiking and ecotourism on the hotel grounds and in the
we love the customer service, food, gardens, golf campus, and pools...
in our room either we had to use our own personal phone to get in touch with them, the don t do room service
no gym, no transportation available unless you get a taxi
motor golf carts that the stuff were using were making too much noise like motorcycles

place , we dont feel that we are in puero rico , it is gated property and good for family with kids , restaurants
there were kids screaming at 7am and that is too early.
the 1 bedroom suite was a open concept studio no privacy traveling with kids
we plan to return with our kids next time
the restaurant eclipse on site had amazing food and had a great pool for the kids to swim in

i enjoyed staying here, my kids love it ud83dude00 view was great
blankets, toilet are so small and literally held together with one bolt and so tiny, it made for kids potty
no dresser to keep your clothes in our room (our kids had one)
cereal was given to my kids and they were old had the leave the hotel to give my kids a nice meal
the tub was too slippery and my kids fell

manager lucia is excelent she help us in everthing and she was wonderful with the kids

juices were canned juices ham was so thick and chewy they should be ashamed to serve this type of breakfast
breakfast was ok we used the restaurant for lunch and dinner and food was great
breakfast wasn't so good, its like mini, mini continental breakfast, orange juice too sour, and
i like the pool area.
continental breakfast was the same everyday

grounds are spectacular you can hike trail the pool is clean even a jacuzzi kiddy pool for the kids you can
place is beautiful my kids had a wonderful time peaceful the staff was excellent and their rooms were very clean

doors should have additional locks on the inside to avoid small kids from opening them easily
to like 11pm or so- just a heads up for those that may need to be in bed early or are with kids
the beach is not for babies or kids or non surfers
the bar and restaurant overlooking the ocean are relaxed and comfortable, with decent food and drinks
restaurant and bar are both excellent

pool, hotel location, peacful ambiance, people were not loud

the pool is big and very good for little kids.
children (10-11pm) a bit frustrating trying to enjoy a quiet evening on the balcony after putting kids to bed
nice swim up bar for the adults and pool that kept the kids busy
you walk right out onto the beach, which is pretty calm, and good for kids
nice little sea side spot with a great warm pool for the kids, pool side food and bar, and access to open ocean

they were very concern of us due to our special needs kids
only thing i will add to the place is an early night or late evening kids 5 to 12 years old staff supervised
