couldn't use the spa area as kids aren't allowed, which is fair enough but hadn't realised that before we came
we thought there was a pool kids could access which was a main reason for our stay with our 2 year old
swimming pool and kids under 16 can't access the spa area which wasn't made clear on the booking site

a big issue for most but breakfast was slow to serve, it s tricky for us with kids to keep them occupied, we

only one pillow on the sofa bed for two kids. would have loved a pool.

time for my mum's 65th birthday and duke the alpaca and muppet the pony were a big hit with the kids
the kids also liked feeding the chickens

one small point, the chlorine in the swimming pool was very strong and was affecting the kids eyes and throats

it was right across from a swing park which was great for our kids
although this didn't affect our stay, i felt a little on edge, telling the kids off for the slightest things

we were placed in an attic room as a family of 4 with 2 young kids and there was no lift and no suggestion of

stayed here with my two little kids for a wander around kelvingrove, botanic gardens and the transport museum
construction all around hotel entrance, very inconvenient and dangerous for kids to walk along street traffic
