we were a family with kids - very audible from our room - should have located us in a quieter part of the hotel

was kind and nice and willing to help, which i appreciated since i arrived really late and with kids that needed

asked for the connection room as i was with kids, but they gave me 2 rooms on different floors, 1st and 3rd,

stayed at bunchrew house 17 years ago during our honeymoon, and were thrilled to return with our kids

the dinner we had was beautiful, the waitress was very attentive to us and our kids
nice stay, a stone throw away from the loch, i found it really hard to keep the kids out the gift shop but apart
the room was very small, the bed was advertised as double but maybe double for kids
kids loved the extensive gift shop downstairs and the cruise from the hotel was a lovely experience

were all so appreciated the grounds were an added bonus - this is such a special place for kids and dogs as well
