workers where drinking at the pool and was talking bad language while my kids were swimming
many buses with many kids running around and keeping me up all nite
hbo max would not work and there was a lot of loud guests and kids running around the halls
we got the king suite and we got lucky enough that our room was right next to the pool
breakfast could be better but overall it's same as any other hotel i've stayed in.

had a really nice stay esp with our kids
they said that my kids were to laud in the pool which it wasn't true
everything was clean and quiet and the pool and hot tub worked fine.
i was charged a 'pet deposit' for a service animal which is not legal
it was clean smelt great breakfast was huge pool an hot tub work

no resort fee since there is no pool or area for kids.
breakfast wasnt able to be served due to covid was really wanting to attend this with my kids
the service in the bar was a little slow without a large crowd

my kids were able to get a little grab bag, but i had to wait 45 minutes for them, and they didn't
pool and sitting area was nice, especially when the sun was hidden by the building
wifi didn't work and room had bad smell.
breakfast was delicious and made fresh
the check in was easy. the bartender in the bar was super friendly. the bed was comfortable.

water noises and also people talking and kids
surveillance at the pool area and making sure kids and young adults under the age of 18 are indeed being supervised
pool and hot tub were full of neighborhood kids that were sneaking in through back door/ smoking area
the beds were so uncomfortable we couldn t slee and the room above us had kids jumping off the bed and running
easy access, good parking elevator, good size, rooms, convenient furnishings and appliances
