that why i had to book two rooms didn't have to much of a choice because it was raining and had kids with me
the smoke alarm when on when i turned the heat on (in fairness it was summer but kids were cold one night)
was a family on the floor above us with kids that ran back and forth
manager s kids in the lobby were screaming at one another during check-in
didn t like that people were smoking marijuana outside the hotel near the door when you walk in

after 10pm i couldn't reach anyone at the front desk to get the wifi code

check in was a breeze and the pool was just right
updated, modern feel to the whole place and the staff were so friendly ( especially the buffet / breakfast ladies
no pancakes for breakfast (lol)
that your key doesn't work to get into the pool and you have to ask

kids loved the breakfast during our stay

pool was small and had to reserve to go swimming or to the gym.
the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when scheduling pool and gym time
could use some new pillows. pool was on the small side.

people next door to me was smoking in there room and crusing at the kids all day and night room 301 january 6
1st night thought kids above us were coming thru ceiling
after being at the ball field all day then doing dinner, the kids had no time to enjoy it
kids are messy so
great location within few mins away from i-95. room was spacious and clean. pool for kids

t been cleaned at all, roaches in the room, floor turned all socks and kids feet black
noisy college style fridge exhaust fan had bad bearings and kids behind making too much noise
pick up my cup and it was a roach crawling on it oh i was so mad i had to put tissue in me and my kids ears very

i came in from out of town, paid $129 to be downtown bmore, no parking, no working pool, and bad hospitality

i wish they would have a policy that the kids need to be supervised by the parents instead of them sitting
the front desk woman who worked that night was amazing to me and my kids

there were a ton of little league and cheer kids there and there was still breakfast being brought out at 090
great room if you had to stay for more than one night and especially if you had kids or other guests

shower could offer a handheld hose for my kids with autism, that aren t used to overhead showers

the kids eat free menus were unavailable
baseball facility nearby, the noise was constant until midnight with parents sitting in lobby and kids running
loud noise and kids running down the hallway until midnight, even though we were told that
the buffet breakfast was a great perk and was quite tasty and their was something even for the kids
we traveled for a baseball tournament and they were so kind and nice with our kids

couldn't enjoy due to a kids baseball team uncontrolled without adequate supervision in the pool
the breakfast was ok, it was clean, kids like the pool, great location and nice kitchen in room

between the kids running around and then the 2nd night it sounded like someone was rearranging their room over
but i did bring the kids sleeping bags so it worked out well
and maids, laundry is expensive to do and the rooms are small, wouldn't recommend to anyone with kids especially
i didn't enjoy kids playing on the balcony
there was no inside to deal with possible kids up n down the hall disturbing other guests and no smoking was

swimming pool was postage size and the experience was ruined by a family of 6 kids jumping in and being rude
common sense tells you not to put a large group of kids on a floor above other people
that it was a little crowded at breakfast, but this was a big weekend of dropping college kids and other close
we kids loved it breakfast hot and lots and lots of coffee and hot
suite accommodated our large family - with breakfast in the morning as a plus for the kids
