was cancelled by the clerk, was told he could only give me one bed for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids
the kids above me from wedding party blaring music. the manager actly quickly to fix it though
was hostile, i was charged extra for kids even though it says children under 18 are free
the whole reason i booked there was so my kids can swim
reason we decided to go out of town so the kids could have a pool to play and but the pool house was 60 degrees

the kids had a great time in the indoor pool
kids and i loved the location of the resort :)
i loved the way it wrapped around the lake and all the activities set up for kids it was nice!

we liked the price and the value of the room all the kids really liked this one
however, my kids swam anyway
i brought this to managments explaining i have three kids staying here and those people were on the property

your kids are older than 12, nothing to do
we always ask for the 3rd floor cause we don't like kids running around above us
we don t get away from the kids often and we wanted to enjoy the morning together
it s the perfect place for parents to let their kids run around and you don t have to worry about them
posted for the hot tub no kids under 6 years old

my kids enjoyed the pool very much
pools are not deep which helps relax with the kids
get back to hotel was a little nerve racking with kids, since you have to walk up the parking lot and people
people were putting chairs inside the pool and parents were giving their kids snacks to eat inside the pool
most places offer bacon and sausage (not so much me but the husband and kids wanted meat) snd also some types

really nice to have bedroom separate from the living room for our kids
loved the room , kids had a good time at the pool.
our suite had a full kitchen in it, which came in handy with the kids
i had to call to get fixed-they did but was annoying my kids couldn t watch
the door handle to enter the gym door (located 2 levels below in the basement) came off in my hands

fold out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for us adults, but we should have made our kids stay on it

the capacity is 15 people so you can imagine it feels full with 5 kids playing in there
it wasn t them but noisy kids running up and down the hall. poor parenting

great for families with smaller kids, water park fun and not too crowded.
they had activities for kids. the staff was wonderful
i was not able to enjoy the lazy river because there is no rules for the kids to act crazy which is up-setting

thin walls and ceilings. kids running across the ceiling was annoying.
there is a nice pool area, with a small splash area for kids
perhaps, don t put a family with kids/babies next to a party of two or three composed mostly of grown people
i wanted a higher floor didn t get that so i had kids playing over my head

villas are an outstanding value when traveling with kids
is less than one hour from north chicago, the facility is very nice, and the ski program for kids is amazing

bed is small, we book a room for 4 (2 adults with 2 kids) it s impossible to sleep with other people
if there is anything i can think of is, maybe rooms and activities for the kids could be less expensive
