parking lot is in need of repair

20 minutes after check-in and was told it wasn't clean yet and come back in an hour; their guest laundry is

parking lot was broken up and had grills setting outside

the parking lot needs repair--some ruts in the front and on the road before entering the motel

no ice machine working no coffee or breakfast the wifi wasn't working

kids wanted cereal and milk and we wanted a cup of coffee

friendly reception. dining room attendant was also friendly. great breakfast. very clean room.

had a bar/lounge on-site which was awesome

the restaurant is a bar and tables. ok for breakfast but dinner is a microwave meal.
