we had a junior suite with 2 adults and 2 kids a good product for a family
parking is not so convenient when you are with luggage and kids
they didn't offer any special pet amenities (water bowl, dog treats, dog bed etc) so the charge seems uncalled
no hotel bar (just a couple of sofas in reception)
hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the beach, with shops and bars close by

however, it was great to have two proper single beds for the kids rather than a sofa bed which is common in
we would also have preferred single beds for the kids but this is probably due to our booking very late
nothing wifi could work better
she was super nice and walked us to our room and even helped us connect to the wifi

perfect little bar area downstairs and right in the middle of all the amazing restaurants and bars biarritz
wifi does not work. restaurant is not vegetarian friendly and very expensive.
we were able to use the swimming pool of the spa for the morning swim and were mostly alone at that hour
on site parking. great bar staff and reception.

pet friendly stopover to spain
only improvement would be addition of secure parking on site but parking was ok and location and lightening
restaurant and bar not open on this visit which was a friday evening.
loudy from airport and all sounds around from other rooms , wifi not working , at day time restaurant closed
the room was large, quiet and clean. the wifi worked.
