every thing was perfect my kids enjoyed very much
floor we were on had a kids baseball team and they were loud to say the least

the pool was indoors and filled to overflowing with kids from am to pm
pool was not heated, we were traveling with kids and that's why we chose this hotel
we were able to swim at a different location, we still had to drive there and back (with wet kids)
my kids were disappointed that the pool was closed.

pool room with the sauna had a family in it with kids and they were very loud and didn't seem to care

front desk guy was rude when we checked into our rooms with 5 kids in tow.
there was kids jumping all day until about 12pm and i called the desk 2 times to complain
place ever i was so uncomfortable i had to go buy my own cleaning products before allowing my kids to stay there
nothing i talked w manger about wifi, my over all is impressive and the manager there is workin on remodeling
my room on the ground floor looked directly into the parking lot so i didn't have much privacy

was my mother s day weekend and with three little kids the pool was closed
it was plenty spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids without feeling crowded

about the hotel is the friendly staff, spacious room big enough for me my husband and my three kids, the room
however, when we got there, we were advised the kids didn t get free breakfast because they were over the
parking lot had garbage that someone obviously threw from their vehicle
there were people in the parking lot that were smoking weed
location and price was right. also liked the idea of a free shuttle to mohegan.

no chicken nuggets in restaurant for kids for dinner, had to go somewhere else, after driving out of our way
in the pool area were dirty and the leak onthe ceiling from the rain i had to make sure kids didnt go over there
