i had 2 kids that were 7-8 years old and they brought scooters and outdoor toys to be able to play outside
kids unattended knocking on our doors at all times of night being a nuisance not a very safe area
my kids got bit by bugs and the sheets where dirty the toilet seat was broken
arguing neighbors, screaming kids, alcohol beverages everywhere, lots of noise
