kids still in pool after 11. and running in the halls
was a bit noisy, lots of kids playing in the pool but it was ok once they went to bed - probably by 10 pm
you have kids who are able to swim, get a pool side room, it was worth it to be able to go back to the room
we brought a white noise machine and our kids slept normally

the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one
loved the fact that it was a late check out time at 12pm i was able to get much needed rest and not have to
also the spa prices are over priced
the rooftop bar was the perfect way to send the day

but, my kids and i were getting to town later in the evening and getting up first thing for girls state

beds were hard and the pool wasn t working so kids were upset
at least some orange juice or bottled water for kids
was no room service (trash was piling up) and then we were given only two towels and two wash cloths
pool are us a bit small, but overall great hotel.

to get up and have a hot meal there was a lot of choices for the kiddos not to complain:) the kids had fun in
pool, billiard, funny and happy for our family with our kids. a good family stay!

years eve bar closed at 11:00 we were there for last call for drinks at 10:45- all lights went on at 11:00
if i had to pick on anything it would be that the bar and restaurant closed earlier than we had expected so we
bar closed at 11 pm on a nfl game night
classic style lobby was gorgeous, the room was spacious and plush, and the onsite restaurant bar was excellent

the pool area is perfect, especially for families with kids of all ages
this was a bit pricey considering my kids do not eat much at all for breakfast
the pool wasn't open early but understood why. kids were disappointed with that
there are two types of sauna, hot spa, and the best part for kids is splash pad
the kids splash zone in the pool area was fun too

the pool area is great for kids 2-6

the pool area was so wonderful and especially the whirlpool and pool kids area,,,we don't have kids
as a family traveling with kids it was the least i would have expected from a well known hotel group
front desk staff person told me - upon seeing my 4 kids - that he doesn't like kids coming into the hotel because
finally the lady at the bar felt bad because we had 3 young kids who was in a car for the past 3

the pool was the perfect size for our kids too
had screaming kids running up & down the haul
we finally checked out the pool area and the kids loved it
she was able to try water slide for the firsts time and what i like is that they do aloud little kids wear there
stayed in the family suite with 3 adults and 5 kids, three was plenty of places to sleep and hang out

could hear people talking, kids running in the hall from midnight to 2am.
was a bunch of people in the pool room the kids were being unruly and the parents were just busy getting drunk
a bit noisy from kids running in the hall, but that ended early enough to not disturb sleep.
good value, pool and hot tub were nice for the kids. breakfast was included.

noise of screaming kids all night had a very bad time because no sleep, and for the money i spent on this room
got lost and way too many kids in the hot tub
never heard another peep from the kids having a good time (as they should do)

like the pool area, nice to have games for the kids, but unable to get coins for the games at the hotel
kids complained of their eyes hurting
of sketchy night time activity, and i wouldnt let my kids go to tge vending machine by themselves but other then
my kids and i (ages 4 &10) grabbed all our belongings from the car and proceeded to our room

kiddy pool needs a mat at the bottom of the tongue so kids butts don't go raw

also because kids had fun and family that stopped by enjoyed themselves as well
we had 4 small kids with us and our stay in green bay was made much more comfortable due to the quality of this
great breakfast for my picky kids :)
