loved every min of it our host was excellent especially at breakfast will definitely be back
they have a great knowledge of the surrounding area and told us where we could go out for dinner, breakfast was
we were treated to a full irish breakfast in the morning with homemade bread which was delicious
the breakfast was delicious and again she couldn't do enough to make it fabulous

pool is very basic, kids pool is very small, i expected much better pools from a 5stars hotel
pool was full of kids at the time we went and the changing rooms were very small
no bar food meant all the kids were in the restaurant, not a five star dining option.
too many kids running all over the hotel bar and reception. ruined the ambience.
for small kids, breakfast was top class and the grill restaurant was excellent

we ate dinner in hound restaurant 2 nights- really good kids menu and full vegan/vegetarian menu available too
we also dined in lady helen restaurant which was wonderful but the kids menu (although nice) was also very
beautiful food, very family friendly, really clean and well kept. great kids club options etc.
from the moment we were met by david, to the kids pack and the food, especially breakfast

intothe night 4am :( that was the only thing i did not lilke i would suggest placing guests with kids etc in
my kids love to swim and there is pool walking distance from the hotel
socket on wall was dangerous for younger kids as it was lose
no vegetarian breakfast! staff not in control - kids running around spilling drinks etc
the family room was excellent for two adults and two kids

lady in evening was lovely engaged with kids and was very helpful in anything we needed

the sound of kids running around could be easily heard but isnt anything to complain about
patio , sipping guinness and tasting from their wide-ranging menu , while watching the local kids diving off
people heading off early morning talking loudly and their kids running up and down the corridors at 7am
ich was an accessible room not by choice) and the shower flooded getting the carpet and my kids clothes wet
if our kids were with us it would have made things very awkward

in the room was shocking - had to hotspot my phone to get the tv working - had kids with me so tv was important
was obnoxious on the sunday and would put u off ordering ilus out of friends rooms like we were kids
they advise of this on their website, which wasn't a problem, but the hotel was thronged with kids falling around
personal choice but felt unwelcome with two small kids alone

firstly, there were kids being a nuisance, and stopping the lift from running, but also, to get to the 4th
room was great. bunk beds for the kids were a nice surprise.

a noisy location as the accommodations are above the pub, would not recommend for families with kids, a lovely
music plays until 12:30am so if you have young kids it is a little difficult to get them down for bed early

was a fantastic hotel for the adults and kids
my youngest son had a great time in the kids club & the location was perfect for exploring the city
i was delighted to see a kids room in the mornings which would encourage me to rebook & bring the family next
it has a kids club which my daughter liked a lot, an access to a fitness center with pool
the kids' pool is perfect for families with smaller children

we stood outside in the cold with our two small kids for about an hour not knowing what was going on
