i stayed in a family room with my husband and 2 young kids, 2 small adjoining rooms for privacy
location and beautiful gardens which the kids enjoyed exploring
friendly staff and the food was really good family room was really big loads space for the kids
the room was very big, the kids were delighted
the gardens are excellent, there is plenty of parking and the wifi worked perfectly

swimming pool is very limited in size with no deep end. good for kids though!
but then she changed her storey saying it was because we had kids which was already known when we booked it
as downstairs entertainment is for older people and doesn t facilitate families that have kids
until the fourth time we requested them, to which a man delivered our robes at 11:15 at night (kids age 4)

the library our final night but when we walked in, there was a large group in there with lots of kids and a baby

noisy this time , millions of kids staying , my room was by lifts so it never stopped but this is
stay was very disappointing as we went for a rest away from the kids,we didn't sleep a wink as the bed was awful

hotel is not really family friendly, there are no opportunities for kids
nothing really. access for kids to the pool area for restricted times would be an improvement
