pool is perfect, restaurant delicious, staff courteous and delightful

i thought the spa would be much larger

everything about it was perfect; the food was outstanding, the spa was tranquil and treatments fantastic and

there are a lot of families with kids

with 2 kids price was 600/ night with taxes, so 1200 for 2 days

great breakfast for kids and adults alike. the fire pit provided a lovey end to the evening.

the fireplace and the fire pits are gas thus don t have that mountain feeling

our room was first floor with a view of the parking lot

continental breakfast was great for kids.

kids enjoyed the indoor pool

my kids enjoyed the pool and the free wifi

the next day while having breakfast, the kids were in the room when housekeeping came saying it shows we checked

also good for families and a great little breakfast set up for the kids

we loved the size of the room, and although we didn't use the kitchen, it was nice to have a full size refrigerator

and without ask they made connecting room so kids could go and back easy

pool room was about 85 but water was cold for the kids

a local and brought my kids here to have a mini staycation because the hotel had an indoor pool

my kids were extremely disappointed

the pool was closed already (which was not indicated when booking) much to our and the kids disappointment

reason we booked was for the pool which was broken so that was very upsetting to my kids who are still talking

room was not cleaned properly, lack of hot water, luke warm for showers, not enough to give my kids a bath,

the convertable bed was big enough for both kids

location,the view the pool clean and close at 11 pm which give me and my kids time to enjoy our time in and out
