the 10+ kids that would come to breakfast every morning made a huge mess each time

are so thin, and kids were running around and making lots of noise after 10pm and staff didn't do anything

the hotel was also pretty quiet, there were no screaming kids or slamming doors so we were able to fall asleep

just wish to facility had a pool for the kids

there was plenty of parking, and the hotel was right next to a restaurant which was very convenient

all night until 2:30 am doors slamming people in the hallways yelling, kids running up and down the halls

like to know that it was more for kids as we didn't want to be around that many

heard the people next door they had little kids it was a little noisy

parking was a little tight, especially in the front of the building.

gym was great, they have everything you need to get a great workout, including free weights

outside there is no bench for kids and parents that wait outside for the bus

kids toddlers was sleeping the fire alarm goes off in the whole hotel

only booked the room for the pool so the kids can go swimming and when we arrived learned the pool was closed

wifi could have been better

we used both pools (the outside pool is awesome with a splash area as well) and our kids took part in the

appreciated the free kids activities

floor is not soundproof and if you are in the lower level and the kids on the upper level start running around

was incredible, offering their help with food and service options and even activities for the kids

but the party peeps were up early in the am having a good time but slamming doors, kids crying etc

kids were not very interested in the offerings

we do not golf, but we had so much fun, and so did the kids

however, we also had 2 kids with us so swim and rec room access seemed appealing

boyfriend and i got a room, my sister her husband and three kids got a room and my borther and his girlfriend

my kids loved the breakfast buffet

it was clean, though i would say, the coffee water supply need cleaning and the kitchen towel should be changed

the floor was filthy, cobwebs in corner, multiple colors of pet hair, crumbs and dirt in chairs, mirror not

toasty fireplace

for the price of a moderately priced hotel you're getting a small house to yourself with a full kitchen + washer

it doesnt bother me but if you dont like that sort of thing or kids

i ask for roll over bad non available the kids has to sleep on the floor.

people staying in the hotel did not respect letting the kids running around and for breakfast same people carrying

the breakfast had a wide variety of healthy food

breakfast was served perfectly and good selection until closing time, location is very convenient

before have i seen the selection of fresh fruit on a breakfast bar, including strawberries and pineapple

the bed was not isolated from the small living area/ kitchen by any real barrier

the people who were wind surfing made it difficult for kids to play in the water, for fear of them crashing

they have a little beach the kids enjoyed

family pool was to small for all those kids n teenagers n the pool was to high for my 4 yr old she was

you could get lost there is so much to do so hold on to your kids lol

was a mess 5 hours waiting for room and at the end i had to leave my kids on a different room not even close to

kids occupied the smaller pool, including babies, so that was more of a baby pool, and i didn t

wish there was laundry and a gym on site

like everything and the view was excellent overseeing the city it was my wife and kids first time and the imax

which was a big plus since i was staying with 3 kids

was very friendly and accommodating and even upgraded us to a larger room due to having 2 kids and 2 strollers

didn't have enough kids channels

the kids enjoyed the food

when there are kids staying there and they run and make a lot of noise through the hall

think a few of the cleaning staff didn't understand the pet sign
