much noise wasn't able to sleep due to dog barking slamming doors and kids running up and down the hall screaming
very rude staff and unprofessional my kids and i will never be back there.

we didn t sleep well because of slamming doors and loud kids
we had 4 kids with us and it s very important to have a place that the food is included with your stay
didn t get in until after 2 in the morning, finally got the kids to bed, and they started drilling and working

love outside area, kids and our friends have a great time at the pool and hot tub and adults and join patio
they even gave me some recommendations on things to do with my kids
only thing i would like to change may be breakfast in the morning but overall everything was great

the pool area was so chaotic with kids doing ridiculous things and supervision not happening

it was a warm welcome when checking in at 2am with 2 small kids
pool area was very noisy with screaming kids but that's not the hotel's fault.
pool was too busy and chaotic to enjoy. great for kids not so good for adults.
out couch/ bed could be more comfortable for adults, mattress not very thick, kids didn't really notice
desk clerk was very helpful with finding evening activities that my older kids would enjoy

i didn t like was there was a lot of ball tournaments which made the hotel crowded, and the kids were loud

kids loved the pool
we stayed in room 110 and the woman with kids next to us was loud and the mom was smoking weed so we smelled
