restaurant was close, but not a comfortable place with our kids. we left before even ordering

booked because they advertised spa tubs
went down to breakfast at 7 am and when i returned my key card no longer worked

unlock the patio doors. offer a little more for breakfast- like fruit, hard boiled eggs.

thankfully my kids arrived day after we did and they had downstairs room so we switched with one of them
it was a safety concern for me and my family with a few really young kids with us

large group with very active kids kept us up past 11 ... but not a reflextion on the facility
pool closed for maintenance. kids were disappointed.

is a little small, not really optimal for swimming laps, but perfect for just relaxing or small kids
room was great, kids loved the pool too.
with two adults and two kids, this was frustrating

we had similar problems with our kids
spacious room. hot water in shower still left after i bathed two kids.

people without disabled permits are parking in disabled spots, the first disabled parking spot had a van with

was without cable tv the entire stay---supposed technical issues--no good when you have kids
when booking online there is no option to have kids at this hotel
there were kids stomping up and down the halls all night unattended
we couldn't use the jacuzzi because there was a bun h of little kids playing in and around it
no smiles not friendly enough . seems kids just work cause it s a job.
