loud kids in room next door (not really inn's fault)
hotel puts me on the ground floor and puts a family of 3 kids above me stopping around all night and starting
i was surprised at the dirt parking lot but it was well cared for and caused me no problems.
accommodated request for early check in and allowed 1hour extension on check out.vwey friendly.
the pool was also gorgeous

and large enough room for my family we loved the playground behind the property too- the kids had so much fun
it snowed/rained and the parking lot was cleared efficiently and timely
it's a motel style no real common area. plastic chairs outside your room ar edge of parking lot.

great indoor pool after a long day of ski and for kids to play
had a noisy family above us - the kids were running & jumping off beds during the evening and again at 7 am
great location for skiing at butternut! the kids loved the pool time as well!

when we arrived, we were told the outdoor pool is under construction
staff are lovely, spa is amazing
