we had 2 rooms (one for us and one for the kids) - the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious
we had one very noisy night because kids were celebrating halloween 2nd night went smoothly
we felt they all really like what they do-- this from the people at the desk to the folks in the kitchen
woman working at the reception desk was run off her feet especially at breakfast time where the kitchen staff
was when we went to breakfast it wasnt clear that you could order pancakes, eggs, bacon from the kitchen
