we regret that we only stayed one night and did not have time to enjoy the beautiful pool
wifi signal could be better, customer service was a bit slow at times for small requests but still
view, beautiful rooms, so so clean, good wifi, very nice staff
lunch was served late, but the breakfast was swift

on one of the evenings the local kids performed some traditional dancing and there was drumming, fire show etc

would be great to have a breakfast room on site, so that the food would not have to be hand carried, cling film

the only downside is wifi strengths---good in the restaurant but weak in room 401, maybe other rooms are better

the staff takes care. rooms and area is neat. A lot of games for kids (in & outdoor)
it was nice to have a play area for the kids
since we stayed with 2 small kids, the extra charge took for breakfast for the kids cannot be accepted
one example: for our four kids we ordered two simple hot dogs (only buns and sausage, no garnish) and one plate
reception was efficient, wifi worked relatively reliable throughout the entire hotel complex
