at the counter was rude, kids running up, and down the halls, then the fire alarm started going off around 3am

kids love to go swimming

staff was friendly, pool was fun for the kids, breakfast was decent.

the pool area was fantastic for kids and the staff were always friendly and helpful!

she cancelled our room, no penalties so we could book another hotel w a pool as thats what our kids

quiet, only noise was kids running down the halls and even that wasn t as noticeable as in other hotels

we had a suite. great for the kids to spread out in the room. close to the dells.

dirty, linens were disgusting, gruel for breakfast, dogs and kids screaming after 10pm, the lobby smelled of

our room was over the bar and grill, so we could smell cooking odors

we were in town for the holidays and visiting with our kids

instead of cleaned then proceed to offer me a single king bed room for five people and the kids could sleep on

horrible, we just grapbbed yogurt for our kids

it's clean, the breakfast is good and the staff was welcoming
