pool not in the hotel. had to travel to a local kids activity centre.

very nice view, big and clean room. kids liked that there is a swimming pool
so much , been there way back in the 1980 s as we had a mobile home nearby and used to go to kids discos there
the staff were friendly and my kids enjoyed the winter wonderland,it was magical
totally safe and felt comfortable to let kids explore around hotel & grounds

was piping hot all night, no circulation in our room, kids had to be stripped during the night due to sweat we
watching kids with nothing to do in corridors is a reality of this situation but wasn't expected on an
alot of noise coming from down stairs and we just put it down to a busy bank holiday weekend and kids on midterm
30pm and didn't actually get to eat until 8pm, my kids were so

were beside a function room we could here the singing general party noises and doors banging with kids running
we stay in the tassie regular with the kids and we love it
i liked the burger night deal in the restaurant on the tuesday. not really a hotel for kids.

to detail from the staff was superb, asked for an iron and the lady took my shirt to laundry to get ironed,
have liked more fruit / veggie options for breakfast
we had wonderful service from our tea welcome, dining of breakfasts, room service, warm interactions with staff
the dinner and breakfast were excellent
nothing was too much trouble from when our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am to arranging late check

bit dissapointed that the smoke alarms went off early hours in the morning woke the kids
for 2 adults & 2 kids, room had a double bed & single bed in it

we were homeless n needed sumwhere but we scraped just to put roof for kids for 1night
straight to car park from room as travelling with small kids so was easy to come and go without disturbing too

free parking is available in the dunnes across the road if the hotel accommodation is full

was so big and comfy with extra room added on for kids with 2 single beds , staff couldn't do enough to help
i really liked the room we stayed in as the 2 kids beds were in a separate little bit to the main bedroom

the pool and jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which was great, although a tad noisy with quite a few kids on a
clean the swimming pool is great for the kids and the room was a great size for all 6 of us as in other hotels
