is no hot tub as pictures show the pool didn't work there was hair in the shower the blanket was nasty on one

the kitchen area was very convenient, and exceptionally clean

the pool was closed at first, kids were disappointed
my kids picked up the room phone and called my cell phone and now they are charging us $40 for the
property housekeeping staff obviously very attentive all staff pleasant and professional breakfast above standards
it was extremely hot yet pool was closed. the staff was rude when we asked about the pool.

laundry service or someone like it made a noisy delivery at 5:00 am which woke me up
the trash can was overflowing and surrounded by garbage the entire time exercise room was closed pool was closed
little bigger parking lot would be nice, but i understand the limitations of the area surrounding the location

getting woke up both days like that and unsure if there was a real fire trying to gather up small kids at
the only thing thats was a con would be the parking lot not much room and only one way in
poor wifi service. poor parking areas
only thing was there was no hot breakfast, they had granola bars and honeybees, which i don't eat but i understand
breakfast was incomplete

an excellent central location with amenities, pool, business center etc
breakfast included hot as well as continental. clean room.
