have stayed here multiple times. always great and facilities are fun for kids.

friendly- swimming pool, plenty room in the chalet for kids to run

loved the scenery and where it s located. quiet and peaceful. the kids also loved the pool

here for 5 days was my kids' favorite part of our family trip

the pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable for the kids

can hear everything in the hallway through the night or early in the morning when kids stay there

rooms are a great size for travelling with kids

the room with loft was cozy and worked well for myself and the kids and the pullout was comfortable enough

yummy homemade cookies, a communal microwave, and small coffee bar to purchase your espresso in the morning

still in bowl, floor not swept, floor lifting in spots, dirty, pool area needs reno and screaming kids made it

been there before and they used to have a kids splash area in the pool area

that the room will be ready at 2pm, so we made plans accordingly and arrived to the hotel, with 3 kids, after

laughed as our family was literally just sitting around the kitchen table playing cards with our kids, the staff

only thing we didn t like we were on the first floor and had people above us that had kids that kept running

the rooms were spacious for the kids to hang out as well as the adults

mix kids and whole family they already occupied ia unfair to othet guest as well and 1 manager or

kids found pull out mattress very uncomfortable

the bed was very comfy and the kids loved their area

pool is small but big enough for kids

kids really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and we were able to use the bonfire one night

wanted quiet relaxation in the jacuzzi one evening, but there were young kids splashing around

since nonone watches the pool, some kids where misbehaving and pool was not fully enjoyed by all kids

kids, would have liked to be closer to an elevator, and been on the second floor for the pool

really enjoyed the pool and hot tub it was great for our family with kids

are nice, the comfort of the bed, the facilities are high quality, there are a lot of games for kids to spend

the hot tubs were full of kids and we didn t have enough room

also, we could hear kids screaming outside while playing at the pool late in the evening

the kids loved the pool too

like the room just like home, its really good for family outing, the pool is great to my kids love it

didn't have kids this time but was a fun girl trip

the suite was average and worked well for a family with kids

booked mostly because of the pool for our kids to play and only booked a 1 night stay - we were told by staff

pull out couch was broken but that was acceptable even though we had to pay extra for having our kids with us

a mom traveling with kids, it was really hard to put them to sleep as it was still light out at around 10pm

family, just few steps outside of the building (bathrobes in room were so neat) and it had small kids area, big

kids enjoyed the play room, and swimming pool area

will definitely go back in the future and highly recommended, esp for couples - away from kids

floor and the second floor was very hot and a little bit on the small side for a family with 2 kids

beautiful, well kept and nice location in canmore. convenient parking and delicious breakfast

my kids were already so disappointed that they asked that we return to calgary, my daughter was crying

was there just for one day and we had a very good time there the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was

our daughter's family was with us with three small kids and they all enjoyed the stay as well

liked the room layout, having a separate area to sit while the kids slept in the other room was wonderful

a suite with beds in one room and living area in another, was nice for entertaining different age kids

and moat my kids are happy and cimfortable during our stay

as our plane arrived late, it took quite a lot of time for the road, the kids were hungry
