i always ask for the highest floor to avoid have kids jumping on my head in the morning
i liked the kids room although i feel there could be more toys available
three main things we did not like are: no wifi signal in the room (9th floor), absolutely no available electrical
parking was not so big, so in some days we need to park far from the hotel (about 500mts)
