too many kids, one even rang the fire alarm in the midnight and all people had to evacuate
my kids really wanted to swim, but it was too cold
the kids were out of control until 1:30am
the water was brown, we couldn't bathe our kids because it looked like lake water .

complaint had nothing to do with the hotel itself there was a group staying at the hotel and the kids were noisy

the actual pool was swamped with screaming kids
website advertised the pool was open and it wasn't and we had kids with us so that was one of the main reasons
where the lobby is and all night we heard nothing but noise and screaming by the elevators and kids running up
some kids were putting their dog in the hot tub and pool, so gross
there was also a kids birthday party so the pool was over run by kids and it was loud

i was very thankful after being on the road for 8 hr with 2 kids
said no swimming parties but i went down to swim with my family and there was about 20 little kids in the pool
the mandatory mask wearing was well respected, which made my kids and i feel comfortable and a tad bit safer
loved everything even my wife and kids were satisfied the rooms are nice and extremely clean i will always choose

so much so that my kids even said they would miss him when we left
they may have bigger than what we got, but our room felt a little small with our 2 little kids
no inside pool for kids. also, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. it was clean though.
