room and all the facilities were super comfortable, room service was above the expectations

that's not too bad; but then one evening i took my kids to dine in the hotel's restaurant, and when paying for
there is no room service
it was only by chance that the shuttle from the hotel was at the airport to pick me up
staff not efficient, same menu in breakfast for entire week few items mentioned in menu card not available light
