turns out that my kids had requested pool towels too, so i guessed she thought i was being pushy
location and the air conditioned rooms, the kids were happy with the pool and the restaurant has lovely staff

at the parking lot, the space between each car is not enough
you also need to put more focus in pool cleaning

floor a lot steps and no good for handicap person plus no control at all at the parking lot my dad has to walk
parking was good, and the staff were good
hotel and its parking lot looked like a construction zone
