mattress had a plastic cover under the sheet, so it felt like sleeping on a kids bed

the only thing i did not like is there was no kids pool or hot tub.
nothing to do about the hotel but the room above us had kids jumping and running for two hours straight

decided on this hotel based on proximity to the zoo and the kids' pool for our stay-cation
the pool area is safe and really fun for kids, not mentioned it s heated and 38 degrees outside
