you can hear screaming kids and noise at every time from outside even if the beach in front of the hotel is

it was fun, kids love it
the pull out couch was not too comfy, but ok for kids.
the sofa bed was even harder, which was not pleasant for on of our kids
no activities for kids really - although mostly the beach was enough - also the pool was shut a few times
the pool had no depth markers or safety rails, which felt unsafe especially with kids

the wifi is very good included in the price of the room and he gave me a lift to the airport at the end
would suggest to have a buffet option for breakfast at mamma mia in addition to menu/ a la carte which would

liked the lunch and dinner menu, the kids club and the activities they have planned out for the guests
at one restaurant (lydia's), there are no elevators which i do not mind however for elders and kids it's not
the room nightstand is made of concrete very dangerous for kids and the entire room is beyond

the breakfasts delivered to our little outside dining table each morning were such a treat and always
apathetic staff did not feel clean decor is from the 70's wifi really poor
ability to prepare own breakfast in room, since the hotel offering was very
ala carte breakfast - a small plate of fruit or small pot of yogurt with toast and beverage.

staff were excellent (particularly chris, larrisa and xenia) who were great with the kids
restaurants / no kids pool / kids club only accept potty trained kids / needs renovation / majority of the staff
staff. coffee shop. kids club staff. seabreeze and bar and grill waitresses.
family friendly, great choice of food and daily variety, kids club personnel was really nice
there s lots to do at the hotel including a variety of water sports & a well kept crazy golf course

we found out this was due to the hotel being empty - this was great in many ways as we had the pool to ourselves
great rooms and pool. restaurant was excellent. location perfect for english harbour.

hotel is in a great location with many amenities (beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc) located a short
lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance and easy parking close by
the wifi was not reliable
parking however was off-site - not that far and free

crawlbay is a real haven for us to hang out at with a great pool and tennis court to chill round with the family
the pool area was glorious, the rooms comfortable and just a two min walk from a little beach which was
lovely pool, quiet and a minute s walk to the shore where i watched many different birds and wind
wifi was not great and only properly worked near reception
we really enjoyed handing out at the pool

cept when people came in off boats with small children and dominated pool - one guy training kids for triathlon
but you are closer go the pool and a very different feel- good for kids on gunpowder

the kids club while simple was good to keep the children busy
are beautiful, the array of watersports is really generous, even though it's low season - the kids went kayaking
kids club disaster they activities don t happen and all they do is having kids watch movies

the apathy of staff at the kids club.
