comfy room staff in the hotel restaurant were so nice and friendly paid special attention to my kids and made
there was a play ground on site and looked like the perfect place for kids
simple lunches available would of been nice when you have kids.

kids running up and down corridors till at least 11
were loads kids (teen agers) were staying the same floor/section of the hotel and next to our room, they were
very poor menu no pasta on kids or adult menu
room basic, very limited menu for kids in bar
excellent, food was nice but seemed like frozen chips and kids sausages

family room lovely and spacious. kids really enjoyed swimming pool
bar staff accommodated our take-away dessert request for kids
staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly dealing with a large group of adults and kids
was perfect the room was spotless the car park was a fine size the pool was fantastic for the kids 10/10 already
would have loved to opened windows wider but understand safety issues for kids in higher floors

stayed with my kids and they loved it, the room we had was great and plenty of space for the 3 of us
almost like done on purpose when everyone was already in bed, woke up and scared my kids

wouldn't stay with kids for there's nothing in hotel for them
they went above and beyond to accomodate everyone (adults & kids) in these strange trying times
spa wasn t open yet and not a lot for kids to do.
carpet could have been hoovered. very dusty especially with small kids.

food choices were great and the pizza shack was a great option for the kids

could be alot cleaner , but the pool was great , catered for all ages and the slide was great for kids and
pool with indoor slide was a huge hit with the kids as were the pancakes for breakfast

room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids!

the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the pool is a firm favourite with my kids
we have to nitpick: the spa is public so not as intimate as we would have wished (freaking kids)

the pool is small and the kids weren't too happy but did have the alternative of being allowed to use the
highly recommended for any type of stay: family with kids (as is) would enjoy the size of the room, pool is
the staff really go the extra mile accommodating every request from my two young kids
kids were treated so well, made feel so welcome
the concierge was particularly nice and friendly with the kids, but otherwise the staff were overly professional

not 100% on this being a family oriented kind of hotel, our kids are 8 & 10

loved eveyrthing about the hotel great staff so comfy for aduts and kids
went for a swim in the pool but it was so busy with kids lessons, i only stayed 20 minutes as lane swimming
couldn't do anymore, especially my kids orders, exactly what they asked for
good size room, very clean & kids loved the goody bags.
kids only allowed to swim from 9-7, i think 8/8

said it all above the good and not bad but i dud have like to been able to bring kids swimming
comfortable place for us with kids, and the restaurant/bar was relaxing with great service and food
bit i know for safety reasons but i think there should be a lock that an adult can take off if no kids in the
300 for 1 night b&b for family of 2 adults 2 kids and baby
time as the bar was in full swing and there were a number of families staying there with their kids further

location was perfect especially if you have kids like i did
staff are so nice, great with kids. very welcoming hotel. also great swimming pool
they could size down on pizza or offer half pizza so close to shop and entertainment arcade for kids gardens

great little park for the kids, hotel itself was lovely
sound proof rooms. large rooms, comfortable beds. kids eat free in the bar!!!

no facilities for children like kids club or playground/playroom sth like that would be nice
was a bit noisy at night as the kids started the running competition around 11pm one evening :)

the staff went above and beyond for our stay. super friendly and super welcoming to kids

i heard kids rough-housing in the room above me for at least an

breakfast starts at 8 am but i need to be leaving then so again no problem no fuss or drama just
wifi can be better (in this room)

dinner & breakfast menu were excellent, something for everyone including the kids
fact we stayed for 5 days with 2 kids and we cleaned the room but tryed to book it again an said we couldn't
the balcony and decking has missing and loose railings which would be very dangerous for young kids
was a great place and location to stay, not much for kids to around area but we were visiting family so had
one night kids coming in and out like yo yo banging doors, woken up at 6 am that following morning
