had a lot of green alge floating in the kids pool, it also had a lot on the sides of the pool
we loved the kitchen and its appliances, including the dishwasher
wished that the spa had been open would have loved to go
also would have been great if there would have been another restaurant besides snorkels bar & grill
pool needs to clean better

kids was a huge disappointment - you're only allowed to keep children there in 30 minute increments
kid pool not open, so kids running rampant all over the place

the pool is across the street hillside, but was still easy to find and the bartender was friendly
amazing view!! rooms are right on the beach! the bar is top notch.

saw the kitchen tools and stove, i stopped and bought some sausage patties to heat up as a snack
location has ample parking with an awesome,impeccable view
while bed, linens and bathroom facilities were new or very comfortable, the kitchen area was greasy and grungy
they advertise wifi, but the onsite staff was very confused by the implementation and was unable to give me
thank you for keeping me updated on status of my room, parking spot and felt very safe

kids in one room and adults in another was fabulous
the pool was dirty, the bars were out of things for most of their listed menu items, there were stray
lovely pool and beachside view
food at the sand bar was great one night but not good second night as the head chef was sick and the remaining

only a beach bar open due to the hurrican last year

than 1 hour to get our food, which is completely unacceptable when you are traveling with small kids
i got a lipton green tea for $7, kids meal with 3 tenders, $14 for example
to the far side of the hotel, we opened the door to see 1 king sized bed for a couple with two kids
the outside bar wasn t clean and to many bees

room was large, very comfortable and had a living area and kitchenette
the beds could be a bit more comfortable but the wifi is fast, the a/c is cool and the staff are friendly
