people were often gathered smoking right outside the hotel which was a major downside for my kids walking in

requested for room service i stated i will let them know when from 6-29 -7-5-22 i had no room service they enter
then my friend waited over a half hour for the shuttle to pick her up at 9:30pm it was very cold and she was
