was not a bother as our room did not face that way but blind bend was, when outside with dogs and kids

a first floor lounge overlooking the loch as well as the ground floor lounge in addition to the bar area was a

parking . all spaces taken up when we arrived

the restaurants both dinner and breakfast were excellent with great variety of local produce (lamb,shellfish,

lovely staff were great location was good apart from the road in plenty of activities if you have kids

gemma i can't fault you at all, the kids loved you too

the facilities were fantastic and my mum and the kids felt completely at home

on a friday evening and were told we had already missed 'last orders' for dinner and there was no room service

also pet friendly and our little pup shared our fab experience

was ideally situated , with a lovely walk into helensburgh along the seafront for restaurants, bars and shops

not huge issue for me, and nothing they could change, but car parking wasn't the best

the bar is a happy place for both locals and visitors

side entrance - perhaps a sign with a noise policy after 11pm might be a good idea, just asking bar punters to

the decor tired and not enough for the kids to do.

unfortunately we never got around to visiting the bar / restaurant so can t comment on that

they were even happy to keep the bar open and keep serving us on the last night when we came back

staff were just so friendly, even though we felt a bit self conscious walking into a pub with kids we wre

booked two rooms for two nights, kids wanted to check out same night

and so were the other rooms as we could hear them flush each time - annoying with two sleeping kids

breakfast was continental style with juice, fruit, yoghurt, toast and hot croissants

pet friendly did indeed mean pet friendly

they have a nice bar area to enjoy an after dinner drink

would definitely be better that the bar could open earlier than 6pm

delicious breakfast with plenty to choose from and would recommend trying the porridge

staff in the morning were great. even our dog got breakfast. so very pet friendly.

wifi in the hotel was not properly working, but the (lower intensity) wifi of the bar worked

beautiful location on the water front, with plenty of parking, cosy room and great breakfast.
