kids had great fun between water park beach and out door door pool, lots to do for the kids, great

my kids are expecting the water park was open, but they get it due to covid

catered to older kids but i have a 4 yr old and could ve used more for her age

all the family activities geared towards kids.

and quiet i will rather come in the summer so we can get out and explore more activities with the kids

traveling with kids, visiting beaches,it is often convenient to pick something up to eat at the hotel

could hear everything in the rooms next to us from toilets flushing every time to kids running around

we were very excited with the upgrade, however the view consisted of the pool area roof with a very small amount

love the bar area, coffee (starbucks) and the rooms were beautiful and cozy

well equipped gym jacuzzi/pool parking is great

people staying above us must have had a jungle gym in their room, they let their kids run, jump, scream, till

kids running up and down the hallways all times of the night; couldn t enjoy the pool or hot tub

breakfast, pool was a good size for kids and they loved it, and staff was nice

which is totally fine, but there was just a lot of running around and kids yelling through the halls

pool was awful! way to many chemicals kids couldn't even go in it.

the swimming pool and hot tub were clean and bigger in size for plenty of room for the kids to play

overall a great weekend skiing with our kids

kitchen dishes, pots and pans just okay

plenty of room, ping pong table in the basement, and golf course sidewalk to run on

thought i was staying at the cottages at bay harbor, not across the street at a cottage on a golf course

kitchen is stocked with a few pots, silverware, plates, and a keurig

beautiful property with free shuttle into village and petoskey

the kids really enjoyed the limo ride to dinner

if these 2 things were fixed it would be excellent and i would pay more to stay there cuz kids love

the complimentary limo service was a fun experience for the kids

their kids were running in the room late at night

really nice size pool that my kids enjoyed

maybe these rooms were designed for a family, where the kids can stay in an adjoining room, but we didn't love

advertised no children allowed and there were plenty of kids there

right above kitchen, breakfast prep banging pots and pans at 6:30 am

weak wifi bed was way too soft

you do not want your clothing to smell like fried and grilled food, avoid the room right over the kitchen

the breakfast was so good i had to walk a couple doors down and get more for the kids

room smelled and it was very noisy with young kids running around outside

the room above us , was horrible very late, sounded like kids jumping & running around, very, very loud

no safety lock on the door (kids can just walk right in)

still no room with the view, but it was handicap accessible so we could bring a tub for our kids

kids loved the 24 hour access to the hot chocolate

rates were reasonable and hotel is close to a golf course

clean room great staff wonderful breakfast

advertised a pool. i brought my swimsuit to do laps. it s a kids wading pool, not a lap pool.

the pool is small but well maintained and the fountains were fun for the kids

parking options are extremely limited and tight driving space

husband used the spa and loved it

parking is tough

food was very good, but we had to wait every day for an hour with our kids

kids were running up and down the hallway. security came and the issue was resolved

of activities to keep the kids busy

we had two kids and a lot of stuff

we slept great and our kids loved the jetted tub

pool is way too small for taste

were not able to let our grandchildren who werenot staying with us but wanted to try out the pool, again thanks

just wished pool and hot tub were bigger we had ro go and check 3x before it wasn't too crowded to get

my husband wants to comeback for golfing and love all the areas to sit and relax

the location was great, next to the golf course and some bike trails

my 17 year old son enjoyed the fitness room and my 16 year old daughter enjoyed the pool

lots of dogs barking, lots of kids running around, some surfaces werent clean of what looked like dog hair in

could really do without people having dogs there, especially on the lobby furniture, eating from kids

had kids running up and down the 3rd floor hallway at 11 o'clock at night

smaller ski venue was nice with kids

reserved a specific room (w/ loft for the kids) months ago

large resort which is good for kids to run, large outdoor pool, plenty of hot water

don't mind kids but not what i expect from a resort

our grandson loves to ski here and he enjoys a chance to meet other kids who like to ski as well

staff was very friendly. golf course was amazing.
