we had the handicap room cause we were traveling with two kids which was fine but the shower had no door/curtains
there were toys and board games for kids in the lobby, which is a great touch for families

the bunk bed are great for kids, the king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable

there was an indoor public bar area with pool table so felt like hotel was only for eating and sleeping

one night for all of the family to enjoy spa facilities we received a message from the hotel that kids under 1
can visit a spa centre with kids only from 18
rubbish towels for pool area, no kids room, not a family hotel
the machine and they had been turned off (end of breakfast service) so i was told to go to the bar
once lunch was finished there was no room service in a 4 star hotel

there were a lot of young kids there and i felt something like a play room would have been very welcome as other
could be improved no access allowed to spa indoor/outdoor pool and sauna for teenagers/kids; should give some
wifi which needed re-registering every few hours, the small outdoor pool and the paid only adults
