i couldn't get the wifi to work but had good 4g so sure staff would have helped if needed

the staff at reception and in the bar were so friendly,and were there when you needed anything

we dined in the snug bar and the food was delicious, breakfast the next morning was also delicious with lovely

the family room is a good layout for two adults and two kids

it can hear pub noises, but my kids i my wife (who don't like any noises at night) sleep well.

all of the property was fantastic. kids loved it too ! especially the free pool table

was some construction/remodeling so the band was playing in the bar instead of the dining room but we could

it is a great option to go with kids as if the weather is not as nice you can still enjoy the inner pool, which

i highly recommend if travelling with kids and you want a base for woolacombe/ilfracombe

group of spanish kids arrived making massive noise outside rooms from 0140 to 0230 hrs

wifi in the rooms, 4 people family couldnt get 1 room with double bed ( kids 3 and 5 years old), we get 2 rooms

room right at the the top of the stairs and the noise was horrendous, people talking loudly, kids running up

sex at 2 in the morning, or the battle to bang doors the loudest, constant racing around if kids on the corridors

clean, spacious, welcoming hosts. asked for early check in which was fine.

only thing i can think of, was the wifi password was incorrect, we attempted several times; but to be honest,

allowed for early check in and really facilitated a pleasant stay

the grounds are lovely and the kids would wake up and play outside on the large garden and watch the cows

rural setting, very quiet, lovely garden, easy parking, large room with fridge and kettle, comfortable beds,

wifi was dodgy. i prefer a hotter shower, although the bath was plenty hot.
