bugs in room. kids playing in hallways til 230am

we couldn't sleep we went to get breakfast and there was one sausage biscuit left because these kids kept eating

when you did get connected, it was so slow the kids could not use a single app and i never did get my phone

had 9 kids with us and staff would be rude to the grown adult child walking to our other room to check on

pool was too filthy to swim

too soft my extra stay was not honored through email or phone call too many kids on 4th floor running amok also
