the pool was very private

the best of all was the activity programme for kids: david and his team are simply the best
it's great for family's with kids
screaming school kids running round the pool and diving from all angles
the pools were cleaned and the kids had loads of fun on the slides
the animation personnel didn't show much interest in the kids

evening entertainment was very hit and miss and there was definitely no waiter aervice around the pool, there

both my kids, 20y and 18y, say that the baths were their favourite experience of the whole 25 day holiday
child each so they gave us great rooms beside each other and beside the pool and breakfast so the kids loved it
when i made the reservation, i had no extra nrequests i read the hotel policy on booking that kids are wellcome
fantastic location and building, the spa is special !
however, the room service did tend to learn and adapt to our requirements

roof top pool more like a kids paddling pool in size but nice lounging area
location, great breakfast, bedroom with small seating area, reliable wifi, the barman made the best coffee
just a suggestion but some of the lights plugged in were too close to the pool
staff were happy to provide us with a great supper even though the bar and kitchen had closed

screaming kids running around on floor above us at 2am (not hotels fault) but with noise in street too - no

room was quite noisy because on top of the hotel there are flats and the people above us had kids that made a
narrow halls which carry the noise to the rooms; had kids playing in halls so noise was a bit too much
phone call stating that a bunch of screaming girls was locked in our room (we are a family with 2 kids 3 and 4

kids were allowed no balls in the pool and got bellowed at from a spanish couple

don't have a laundry service, but there are several launderettes within a 10 minute walk

firstly we were not allowed to sleep with my 3 kids in one room,meaning my 5 year old would stay in the extra

also noted the pools were quite slippy at the shallow end, which was a little dangerous for kids - but hopefully
easy to stay with kids, very big family room with more then enough room to sleep the 4 of us
can get a little loud with families that have a lot of kids but they had 3 pools.
