staff was very courteous and took care of our ever need your pool was warm and inviting to our kids and we had
closed the pool at 9 on weekends and then the one day my kids and i finally got in early they closed the pool
friendly staff and great breakfast - very comfortable beds
even your ads say that your hotel is pet friendly but no mention of a fee

booking company put us in a room not meant for 2 kids
love being on the first floor, what i did not love was all night long was the banging the kids running jumping
i had three bored kids the entire weekend

room has a dirty & dusty fan as soon as we entered it s all messed up as the kids turned on the fan and the
kids tolerated it okay for about an hour but had to get out

we were given a smoking room when we didn't asked for a smoking room
built right next to active railroads tracks so very noisy, very scary people just hang out in the parking lot

locked in my room for a hour and a half which during that time my sister had a panic attack, my kids were
all of the walking with luggage and kids helped me meet my steps goal for the week
everything was great and clean my room was so nice and clean we had towels for everybody and the kids love the
was a rowdy group with a bunch of kids yelling, running around and making a lot of noise in the hall late into

had my kids with me, and we chose the hotel for the pool
the pool looked better but i don't believe there was any clorine used in the pool.
pool, fitness center, and breakfast were not available due to covid.
also the bar closes at 10pm even on the weekends

it was shut down the whole weekend and we had very disappointed kids
they had free breakfast and the pool was open for the kids to swim in
we were on an extended road trip and the kids loved the room

the extra security on the elevators was nice to have when you travel with kids
no complaints on my end, however if you have kids there is no pool

came around easter and they didn't an easter hunt for the kids and my daughter won a basket it was so sweet and

they have thin lacey blinds which doesn't stop the light from coming in, which sucks when u have kids
