jacuzzi & pool were excellent with two kids!

booked a suite to have separate bedroom from kids - at quite a high price

the aquarium was cool for my kids.

there and they didn't enforce masks and the pool became too crowded too dangerous to allow my kids to swim

the room service menu in the room was wrong and there actually wasn t a kids menu available

saw to every need i had and i had 3 kids with me

the rooms was clean and roomy, the kids loved the pool

there was a variety of food, which is key when traveling with kids

had yo load up kids take them for breakfast

a little difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot as it sits behind several businesses and restaurants

so she googled it and then she looked all over the office i asked her if she would check the laundry room cause

only issue was wifi was not functional

the staff were very friendly, the room clean, and the continental breakfast was very good

my kids called it janky

smelled musty and room was directly over the pool so i think kids were coughing at night due to pool

kids were running up and down the hallway and they did nothing about it

turns out some kids had disconnected to hook up a gaming console ( typically) , so he reconfigured

the pool and small was fantastic

there were kids in the pool running and doing canning balls

kids loved the pool and it stayed open until 12am

selected this hotel based on a pool for our kids to use

to get to right off i-64, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, kids liked the workout room

my grandkids were with me so know one could enjoy it as much as we wanted too

that our room was beside the stairs, and the kids running up and down them

maybe have tv set up for kids to watch and not all news

the breakfast was plentiful and hot entrees changed each day

stop here every time we travel to see our kids

was very small so that the two unsupervised splashy kids of another guest prevented others from swimming

could not make waffles for the kids

some of the couples around us had kids that were loud at times.

crusty stuff (i ll leave that to the imagination) on the cushions of the sofa bed that our kids slept on

was good but same every day glad they had it early since we had to leave for the train ride shuttle to train

very accommodating shuttle pick up from airport

booked that hotel for the location and swimming pool, but the water was to cold because the heater was broken

the bar didn't have any music playing.

staff was rude and expected me and my kids to use my room towels for the pool and i had no towels to shower with

advance, but not available when we got there, big inconvenience since there were 2 adults and 3 kids, needed

very clean, friendly staff, great location downtown and the kids enjoyed the pool.

kids had an area with their own tv

not a ton of parking .

the place could have been cleaner for my kids.

was expecting a bigger spa tub

pool was closed for repair and no one mentioned that when we booked our room

office was frequently unstaffed, no one answered phones, room smelled of cigarettes, wifi is extremely weak on

parking lot was not very well lit, sketchy hotel guests

comfortable bed, nice room, non-carpeted floor. pet friendly!!
