it was hard for the kids to fall asleep
i can hear people pulling theirs trolley upstairs, kids running and shouting.
the pool was a huge hit too because it was heated, our kids really enjoyed it

we had 4 kids with 2 adults and had to wait an hour for our food
the cutlery looked like it came out of a kids playset, baseboard peeling away from the wall, drywall tape
there isn t a mini fridge which we knew ahead of time and planned around for our two kids
would recommend couples but staff assured me families with kids are just as welcome
pool was so fun for the kids-it was raining so they had something to do

breakfast options were good, especially since i was traveling with four little kids

to sheryl she was fantastic and pointed us to activities nearby that was suitable for our teen kids

parking was a problem. one night we almost could not find a spot to put our car.
the bathtub jacuzzi and fireplace were really nice touches
she even upgraded us to a room with a fireplace

kids enjoyed the pool
and my kids loved the indoor pool
we have 3 kids and it was fun to walk down the road to the park, shops, and restaurants
thank goodness we got the suite with our own private pool because my kids wanted snow and swimming on their

it was super clean and the kids loved the pool, their first time going to the pool in the winter lol
a bit dated throughout, furniture was worn in room, hot tub and sauna not open to kids and the
didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as i would have liked because of loud kids but that is not anything that
noisy in the rooms. you could hear the next door people all night ( with kids)
great for kids! my family and i were very pleased!

we did see deer in the property and the kids really enjoyed that, but that's not exclusive to the resort
the bar area was good but not the best service.
view and specified not on the 1st floor and you see the lake but with a pretty large view of the parking lot,
don t book rooms on the 2nd floor that look out to the parking area, besides not being renovated the view is
good location for surrounding activities. helpful staff. pool was nice.

the kids loved the breakfast
kids who stayed on the second floor were somewhat noisy and could be heard very clearly from inside
the pool was closed, the kids were very disappointed.

there were kids running up and down the halls all night the first night, but the second night it was good
for the kids was not included
some of the front desk staff was young college kids who were unattentive and need to work on customer service
we have two kids who were able to eat for free which was a great value
our neighbor, a couple and their 2 kids, pretty much woke us up at 7am

they seemed to be college kids and were fowl mouthed unprofessional kids
we decided to have some ice cream with the kids around the corner

room was great for one adult and two kids
outdoor seating was nice for relaxing while the kids enjoyed the pool
there for a soccer tournament and as packed as the place was with kids everywhere
also filled with screaming kids having water gun fights which was terrible but not at the fault of the hotel

we were 2 different families kids and parent sleeping in the same room
i was upset the pool was not open bc my kids wnated to swim
it, it just was an inconvenience and i would have liked to have a connecting door with my young kids- for safety

been some roofing done not to long ago, because there were a lot of roofing nails in the handicap parking area

after a long day of traveling with kids, we arrived at the hotel and they immediately got us checked in and

it was low 40s outside, so the pool was very cold and my kids couldn't enjoy it

the lobby was always clean and welcoming but now it's used as a storage room along with kids toys thrown about
but the motel sprayed their parking area with tar
stained sheets and towels. room service despite the do not disturb sign at door.
